Provisioning Service goes offline and automatically goes online again

Hey all,

In our organisation we have several Poly codecs.
Group 500, Group 310 and G7500
Since a week or 3 the provisioning services goes random offline, and not all at once but at random.
We have 10 VC rooms, and 6 codecs goes offline (that I know of)
The service goes offline for several minutes and comes back online again without any action.

We have a Palo Alto firewall.

When the service is online, eveything works well when te service goes offline screen sharing is not posible.
