# When connecting to a meeting, my video screen does not display

When I join a meeting using a tablet, I cannot display my own image, but other people in the meeting can see it, and I can also see other people’s images.

Hi Yiqun,

Could you share more information about the problem?

- Service or Pexip Infinity.
- If Infinity, Web App 2 or Web App 3 and exact version.
- Tablet brand and model.
- OS and version.
- Browser used and its version.

It will be also useful if you can attach an image or, even better, if you could extract some logs from the browser.
